This project consisted of the replacement of an existing stormwater
culvert underneath Second Avenue in Derry Borough. Westmoreland County Block Grant Funds were used
to finance this project. The Project was completed in the Fall of 1997.

City of Latrobe Ligonier Street Improvements
This project consisted of the reconstruction of 9000 l.f. of
Ligonier Street in the Borough of Latrobe. In order to complete this project, Gibson-Thomas Engineering Co.,
Inc. needed the cooperation of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the
Borough. In all, the project included the reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs, storm sewer
separation and replacement, as well as street reconstruction. (Photos are before, during and after construction.)
